Destination and Venue

Destination – Albury-Wodonga

Albury Wodonga is a place of wonderful contrasts – where the great outdoors meets the latest in urban culture, and where visitors can easily discover the best of both worlds.

You can cycle along the Murray River, wander through a local farmers market or explore Australia’s newest cultural landmark, MAMA, the Murray Art Museum Albury. Swim at Lake Hume in the morning, visit the Bonegilla Migrant Experience in the afternoon then treat yourself at one of the region’s acclaimed restaurants at night.

Albury-Wodonga sits at the centre of the Melbourne-Sydney-Canberra triangle and at the foothills of the Great dividing Range. The cities are separated by the beautiful Murray River, which forms the border between NSW and Victoria.
